使用与记录
六步流程是什么？
依次记录目的、证据、预测、问题、行动与效果。每一步围绕一个问题整理自己的想法；报告根据你的回答生成，本机规则提示帮助你检查遗漏，不替你做决定，也不保证结果正确。
第五步完成后必须立即复盘吗？
不必。你可以先保存初始报告，实际行动后再回到效果关记录结果。
回答存在哪里？
回答和历史记录保存在设备本地，不需要注册 App 账户，没有 App 自建的云同步或备份服务。输入会自动保存；若出现保存失败提示，请留在当前页面重试。
怎样收起键盘、修改或导出？
输入完成后使用键盘上方的完成按钮。有效使用权限内，可回到关卡修改答案，并在报告中使用复制、图片、PDF和系统分享。设置中的数据导出可以导出全部记录为 JSON；当前版本不提供 JSON 导入恢复。
试用与购买
提供月付、年付和一次性买断。价格、货币、资格及可购买状态以 App 内 Apple 实时展示的内容为准。
符合资格的月付或年付订阅可免费试用 7 天，之后自动续费。若不续订，请至少在试用或当前计费周期结束前 24 小时在 Apple 订阅设置中取消。
买断前的独立 7 天试用不自动扣款，到期后需主动购买才可继续新建和修改。恢复购买不会重新开始已用过的试用；记录仍可查看，也可在设置中导出全部数据。
一次性买断不自动续费，但不会替你取消已存在的订阅。若已订阅，请自行取消原订阅，避免继续续费。
已购买但没有解锁怎么办？
确认“媒体与购买项目”使用原购买 Apple 账户，保持网络可用，进入 App 购买页面点“恢复购买”。若价格暂不可用，可以稍后重新加载；请勿为此删除 App 或清除记录。

The app currently uses a Simplified Chinese interface. Its six steps cover purpose, evidence, predictions, problems, action and results. Reports use your answers and local rule-based prompts, not a cloud AI service. You can save an initial report after planning and return after taking action.
Records stay on the device. No app registration or app-operated cloud backup is provided. Answers save automatically; if a save error appears, stay on the current screen and retry. Use the keyboard toolbar’s Done control to dismiss it.
With active access, you can edit answers and copy, export or share reports. Settings can export all records as JSON; JSON import is not currently supported. Existing records remain viewable when access expires, and the full-data export remains available.
Monthly, annual and lifetime options are offered subject to the products shown by Apple. Eligible subscriptions include a 7-day trial and then renew automatically. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends if you do not want renewal. The separate 7-day trial before a lifetime purchase does not charge automatically. Restoring a purchase does not restart a used trial.
A lifetime purchase does not automatically cancel an existing subscription. Manage existing subscriptions with Apple to avoid further renewal charges. To restore access, use the original Apple account for Media & Purchases and choose Restore Purchases in the app. Do not delete the app or your records to troubleshoot purchases.
